We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@evastes.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns must be approved before sending any item back. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Refunds are only issued after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
